We are each responsible for our own consciousness.
Being responsible means that you examine your life reflectively through a psychological lens – why do you do what you do?
What are the hidden motives behind the choices that you make?
Which roles in your life do you play for the sake of someone else?
What reflexive patterns do you engage in?
How do you project your emotions (feeling unloved, unworthy, unfulfilled) onto others?
How do you sabotage yourself?
Being psychologically and spiritually conscious means to look deep within yourself and your life to uncover how you can be the most authentic version of you.
Healthy eating, goal setting, volunteering, time in nature, green juice, exercise, meditation, yoga, and professional development are helpful ways to live a good life.
But.
I wholeheartedly believe that a truly great life cannot be lived unless we consistently go into the depths of our psyches, reflect, and return with awareness and consciousness.
This does not mean you need to enter therapy with me or anyone else {although with the right person to guide you, it can be a transformative experience}.
All it means is that you show up for yourself by being curious about what’s going on beneath the surface.
The energy that guides your life exists in the depths – it is there you must go.
Go with love.
