We can work together in three different ways.
Groundwork sessions are one hour sessions where we lay the foundation for healing the past, loving the present, and lighting up the future.
Pure Activation sessions are two and a half hour sessions where we cover a lot of ground. First time clients often choose this session so that we can dive in deep quickly.
Vacation transformation is an intensive six day program where we retreat to a beautiful place and work one-on-one to create a personalized program to help you heal the past, love the present, and light up the future.
