In my work with clients, one of the first things we untangle are limiting beliefs.

I’m not worth it.
I’m not good enough.
I’m not loveable.
There’s not enough time, money, energy.
I’ll never get out of this place.
Life is too hard.
I’ll never be happy.
I’m too {old, fat, young, uneducated}
I need to be perfect.
I’m not creative enough.
I need to know everything before I start.
I have to please others.

Changing beliefs starts with challenging beliefs. Once you start to doubt what you believe, change becomes possible.

A belief is simply a thought you have made real. It’s not real, it just feels real. Even though they are not real, they still rule our lives.

Fear, anxiety, depression and all the other psychological issues that keep us stuck are all perpetuated by limiting beliefs.

Believe this ::

You are good enough as you are right now.
You are worthy and deserving of good things.
Imperfection is a beautiful thing. It makes life interesting.
You can start now. Yes, now.
Simply being alive, makes you loveable. Who you are is worth of love.
You are capable, you can handle anything that comes your way.
You can live your own life on your own terms.
If you are alive, you are creative.
Beauty, education, and age do not necessarily relate to success.
