What do you do?

My approach is two-fold. I combine the science of psychology with the power of spirituality to guide people through the process of making meaningful long-term change.

I work with all levels of the mind to rewire ancient beliefs, heal past emotional wounds, mend damaging thoughts, and firmly establish new habits to spark personal transformation.

What tip would you give people starting up a business?

Be real, with yourself and with others. Only start your business if you are genuinely passionate about it. If you aren’t your customers will pick up on it and you will burn out.

What do you like best about owning a business?

Freedom to pursue what inspires me. Making a meaningful difference in the lives of my clients. Supporting my family to live their dreams. Being self-reliant, my success is a direct reflection of how much I contribute.

Who are your role models?

My kids. They are real, loving, innocent, joyful, curious, playful, adventurous, and true to the moment. They know what they want, they do everything in their power to get what they want, and if they need help they ask for it.

What is your biggest fear?

Living my life from a place of fear and constraint, rather than fully living from a place of love and freedom.

What motivates you on a daily basis?

My family. My clients. The little voice in my head that whispers nice things to me.

What is your motto or theme song?

Live fully, love openly, and make a difference.

How do you relax?

Morning and evening snuggles with my family. A glass of green juice as I scan my emails in the morning. Listening to Adele or Jack Johnson or Norah Jones or Michal Buble. Hot yoga. Precious moments in nature.

What place inspires you and why?

The West Coast Trail. I hiked it a few years ago, alone, with an overloaded backpack. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Amidst the challenge, tears, exhaustion, and pain there was great peace. I found an inner strength I didn’t know I had.
